Total Electronic Migration System

TEMS provides users the ability to perform full-text searches and retrieve mission-critical information. It is a gateway to the information collections of the IACs. The IACs are DTIC-sponsored research organizations chartered by the DoD to identify, analyze, and utilize STI in specific technology areas, and to develop information and analysis products for the Defense Science and Engineering community. Registration

TEMS users must be registered with DTIC. DoD employees and contractors, government agency employees and contractors, and other special categories are eligible to register with DTIC.

There are various types of registration. Visit http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/registration and click on link "Web Based Application" under the description that best describes you (e.g., DoD Employee, DoD Contractor) to start the DTIC registration process.
